If you are or have been a client of Pingaree House, and have a concern regarding any aspect of your stay with us, we invite you to approach us in the first instance to discuss the matter.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of the discussion, we invite you to follow the more formal Complaints and Appeals process, details of which may be found here.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints or appeals process, client may seek advice or request an external review through relevant oversight bodies, including the NSW Housing Appeals Committee, or raise regulatory concerns with the Registrar of Community Housing, where applicable.
